White labeling, manage customers, custom tiles and more!

[UPDATE] Portal Reorganization We have reorganized the partners’ portal, and arranged it into easy-to-use and easy-to-navigate sections.

[NEW] Manage Customers and MSPs Now you can easily create new tenants for your customers, create new MSPs, and assign customers to MSPs for management. Whenever a new customer is added, they’ll receive a branded welcome email.

[NEW] White Labeling Partners can now customize their login page and logo. Custom domains are coming soon, as well as additional customization options.

[NEW] Referrals Let the world know about your new cloud solution, or incentivise your sales teams using our new referral system.

[UPDATE] Devices List In the new Devices section, partners can see which devices have been claimed by customers, and who those customers are. To better support customers, partners can assign devices directly to their customers’ tenants.

[NEW] Custom Tiles (Beta) Partners can now configure custom tiles for the customers’ portal. This feature is in private beta – contact us at partners@syncpro.io if you’d like to join the beta program!

[NEW] Custom Rules Partners can now define rules and thresholds that will create new incidents for customers based on device telemetry. Each rule also defines the severity of the incident, which the customers can set to a higher or lower value based on the device’s location.

[NEW] Manage Firmware Files Partners can now upload and manage firmware files for device models. These files will be visible for their end users in the customers’ portal.
