# Portals

The SyncPro platform has two main user interfaces: a **partners’ portal** for hardware manufacturers, where they can manage and configure their device models, customers, managed service providers (MSPs), and more; and the white-labeled **customers’ portal** that allows each end user to manage and monitor their devices, purchase additional services etc.
