MSPs

Managed service providers are companies that have been authorized by the HW manufacturers to manage their devices and customers. An MSP can have access to several customers to support them remotely.

As an admin, you can create new MSPs and convert existing customers to MSPs. To convert an existing tenant to an MSP, click the “Connect existing” button and type in the tenant’s unique ID.

To create a new MSP, click the “Create” button and fill in the MSP’s information.

Once you’ve created an MSP, you can assign it customers to manage.
